Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Children’s Occupational Therapy

A pediatric occupational therapist (OT) assists infants and children in achieving the greatest possible age-appropriate self-help, fine motor and play skills. An OT may provide activities for children to address sensory issues, promote age-appropriate feeding and self-care skills and facilitate the development of fine motor skill and play behaviors. The OT will provide fun, adaptive activities for the parent to incorporate into the child’s daily routine.
